I'm Paige Hill

I am a psychologist with over 15 years of experience in private practice, government and community mental health. People I work with have usually tried to 'push through' on their own, only to realise that it's no longer working... or that it's hurting their health or people they love. In clinical terms, they're often experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, acute stress, relationship issues, disordered eating and addiction.
