If you are stuck in a negative loop / an old pattern / an old story (common favourites include versions of the “I’m not good enough/thin enough/smart enough/energetic enough/loveable enough story”)...


STOP 🛑


Exhale 💨


THANK your mind for trying to help you (it’s like a lovely but overly cautious friend)


Now UNHOOK, and get back to doing the task at hand.



It’s going to happen over and over and over again (that friend is REALLY obsessed with your safety 🧠 😆), so just keep saying thanks and unhooking.


The truth is that our thoughts are not the problem. Our reaction to our thoughts is the problem.
